  Apple Tree has been our second family for almost 8 years. I have had 3 children in various classes from infant room - kindergarten. As soon as you enter (with your key fob), you immediately get a homey and warm feeling. The walls in the hallways and classrooms are adorned with artwork and projects completed by the children. The staff is friendly, warm, caring and helpful. It is the place where everyone knows your child's name and regardless of whether they are their main teacher or not, they care about them.
  
  A big plus was that I was able to drop my children off early (7 am). Even though early mornings are sometimes rough, the morning teachers were always able to ease my children's morning moods, for a peaceful transition. The children ate breakfast I sent in with them and were able to play and get ready for the day.
  
  Being an educator, I was interested in the day to day curriculum. What would they be learning and would it prepare them for the future. In the classroom teachers prepared meaningful lessons that engage curiosity, creativity, higher level thinking skills and fun! My children learned everything from their alphabet and letter sounds, numbers, patterns, sight words, reading, writing, math and science. Both of my girls have been more than prepared to go to kindergarten in our town and were both reading before they did go.
  
  A big bonus about this center has so many additional activities that are included. They have participated in weekly classes all year that have included, gymnastics, music, dance, soccer, karate and baking. Being a working mother, it was always hard to find the time for my kids to participate in these activities outside of school. They loved the specials!
  
  Our children have not only thrived academically, but have grown socially and emotionally as well. Our children have grown, learned, laughed and have been loved by the Apple Tree family the past 8 years. They have made many bonds with their peers, teachers and staff that will never be forgotten. At the Apple Tree, they have created a clean, fun, safe and family environment where children can be just that, children.
